Oriental Coffee Ventures Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) shall handle personal information (meaning personal information as defined in Article 2-1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Information Protection Act”); the same shall apply hereinafter) in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

The Company shall not provide personal information to third parties, except as permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and ordinances. The Company shall use the personal “My Number” and specified personal information (i.e., personal information that includes the personal “My Number”) only for administrative purposes as permitted by laws and ordinances, and shall not provide such information to any third party, except as permitted by laws and ordinances.

7. Provision of Personal Information to Overseas Third Parties

In the event that personal information is provided to an overseas third party in accordance with the provisions of laws and ordinances, the Company shall take necessary measures such as providing information.

The Company shall handle anonymized information and pseudonymized information (“anonymized information” and “pseudonymized information” as defined in the Personal Information Protection Act) in accordance with laws and ordinances.

10. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Etc. of Personal Information

If the Company is requested to disclose, correct, add to, delete, suspend use of, or erase personal information, or to suspend provision of personal information of to a third party, the Company shall respond to such request in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law after confirming the identity of the person making the request.
